It's interesting how I had previously saw myself as someone who can handle a computer pretty well, and considered myself technologically savvy. Then I did the first reading, and was completely confused. Going to class cleared things up for me, but I realized that I was actually close to clueless on computers. Just because I have a Facebook does not mean I had any idea of how the Internet worked. As an example, I assumed that the Internet and the World Wide Web were the same thing.
Learning how to create a website was very interesting for me. Of course the website was as basic as a website can get, but I still enjoyed learning how to add certain things to my website. Im hoping to build off this basic understanding.
I'm glad you wrote this. Please make sure to speak up in class so we can address anything that might not otherwise be clear. That's what class is for!
